Responsibilities
- Execute Circle’s social content strategy across channels, translating direction into platform-native output.
- Produce and publish social-first content, emphasizing short-form video.
- Edit video independently, including cutting clips, shaping hooks, writing captions, and packaging content for distribution.
- Build and maintain the content operating rhythm, including calendar management, capture workflows, and cross-team coordination.
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to identify content opportunities tied to partnerships, events, community, and customer stories.
- Collaborate on longer-form content development so shoots support short-form distribution.
- Attend events and key moments to capture content and support Circle’s social presence; travel up to 25% of the time.
- Track non-follower reach, watch-through, saves, shares, and cadence consistency to improve execution.
- Recommend formats, workflows, and content opportunities based on performance.
Requirements
- Experience creating content for a technology, SaaS, creator economy, or community-led brand.
- Video editing and production skills, including independent work in Adobe Premiere or a comparable professional editing tool.
- Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with an understanding of platform-specific performance and non-follower reach.
- Strong understanding of social content strategy and attention-driven formats.
- Awareness of the social and creator economy landscape.
- Comfort appearing on camera and capturing content independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong operational instincts and ability to build repeatable planning, capture, and coordination systems.
- Good judgment in cross-functional environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, equivalent to CEFR C2.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $145,000–$160,000 USD per year, plus a 10% annual bonus.
