- Define and shape the future of real-time, on-demand observability platform for Linux clusters.
- Work directly with founders, engineers, and customers to identify what matters most.
- Carve out place in observability ecosystem by finding gaps in incumbents.
- Prioritize roadmap based on real team problems under pressure.
- Conduct discovery, prioritization, and storytelling to ensure product delivers value.
Requirements
- Experience managing technical products with strong intuition for developer experience.
- Ability to dive into details like VMs vs. Containers vs. Kubernetes deployments to guide decisions.
- Translate deep technical detail to clear product direction.
- Background in computer science or engineering (degree or equivalent).
- Engage meaningfully with system-level concepts.
- Create dashboards, define metrics, use data for success measurement and trade-offs.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with modern observability stacks (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
- Exposure to low-level Linux concepts (syscalls, networking, BPF).
- Prior experience at fast-moving startup.
- Strong storytelling skills for technical complexity.
- Experience with designers on usability research.
- Familiarity with pricing & packaging strategy.
- Experience with incident management or ops teams.
