Customer Value Architect III
Own adoption and value plans for a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers, connecting Mixpanel usage to measurable business outcomes. The role requires customer-success or consulting experience, strong stakeholder management, technical communication, and hands-on AI tooling experience.

Responsibilities
- Own the value plan for each account in your portfolio, connecting the business problem that led the customer to buy Mixpanel with the outcomes they measure.
- Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders, aligning Mixpanel's capabilities to customer priorities.
- Run discovery on customer priorities and pain points, turning findings into concrete adoption plans and internal updates.
- Partner with the Account Executive on expansion and the renewal counterpart on renewal execution, bringing the value case and adoption evidence that supports both.
- Lead enablement and best-practices sessions on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling to deepen customer usage.
- Monitor usage and health signals and lead business reviews that surface what is working, deepen adoption, and catch risk early.
- Identify underused features and contracted capabilities and turn them into clear customer recommendations.
- Triage product questions and issues, resolving what you can and routing the rest to the appropriate team.
- Build a point of view on a customer's AI maturity and use Mixpanel's AI capabilities to help customers build on their product data.
- Coordinate with GTM, Product, and Engineering on escalations and share effective practices with the broader Customer Value Architects team.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts, or equivalent experience.
- Track record of managing relationships across business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical concepts, including data models and product metrics, for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience turning product usage into a clear story about customer outcomes and ROI.
- Comfort building and running adoption plans tied to customer goals.
- Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use, such as MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots.
- Collaborative approach to working across account teams and internal partners.
- Good judgment when prioritizing accounts and actions.

- Experience in a technical advisory or professional services capacity.
- Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, event tracking, or data tooling.
