Senior Platform Engineer
Own and evolve a multi-cloud platform supporting AI workloads, with responsibility for infrastructure as code, reliability, observability, CI/CD, compliance, and customer-facing troubleshooting. The role requires strong production AWS experience, Terraform, cloud operations, and Python skills.

Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure as code in Terraform, alerting, observability, and platform reliability.
- Conduct load testing and disaster recovery exercises.
- Improve CI/CD speed and remove developer workflow obstacles, including build-time and AI-agent execution improvements.
- Run the platform supporting AI workloads across AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure, with attention to reliability and cost.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and security issues with enterprise customers and commercial teams.
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and participate in the on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Strong production AWS experience, ideally across multiple regions.
- Hands-on Google Cloud experience; Azure experience is a bonus.
- Understanding of model consumption across cloud providers.
- Deep experience with Terraform, observability, and CI/CD.
- Strong Python skills.
- Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to customers.
- Independence, comfort with ambiguity, and proactive problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- Elixir experience or willingness to learn it.
Compensation
- £100,000–£125,000 annually.
