About the role
Responsibilities
Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, key launches, and strategic product narratives.
Partner closely with Product management, Engineering, and Design to refine how products are presented across in-product and external surfaces.
Create and coordinate launch deliverables such as changelogs, demos, enablement materials, email, social copy, and go-to-market communications.
Equip Sales, CX, and other customer-facing teams with the context and materials they need to communicate new launches effectively.
Bring customer insight, product understanding, and market context back into product and launch decisions.
Requirements
Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to make complex ideas feel clear and compelling.
Strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems, product truth, and differentiation.
Great project management skills and ability to track large amounts of detail.
Comfort going deep on product details and building credibility with Product, Engineering, and Design.
Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining a high quality bar.
