About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, key launches, and strategic product narratives.
  • Partner closely with Product management, Engineering, and Design to refine how products are presented across in-product and external surfaces.
  • Create and coordinate launch deliverables such as changelogs, demos, enablement materials, email, social copy, and go-to-market communications.
  • Equip Sales, CX, and other customer-facing teams with the context and materials they need to communicate new launches effectively.
  • Bring customer insight, product understanding, and market context back into product and launch decisions.

Requirements

  • Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to make complex ideas feel clear and compelling.
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems, product truth, and differentiation.
  • Great project management skills and ability to track large amounts of detail.
  • Comfort going deep on product details and building credibility with Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining a high quality bar.
