Own internal IT systems, SaaS tools, device fleets, vendor relationships, and foundational security (SSO, access management) for a Series B industrial AI/AR startup. Lead onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot issues, and build processes as a department of one. Requires 4+ years IT ops experience.

What You’ll Do
- Own internal systems: manage SaaS tools, devices, and access (provisioning, deprovisioning).
- Run IT for onboarding and offboarding: ensure new hires have necessary setup on day one and clean removal of access upon departure.
- Manage vendors and procurement: handle relationships with software and hardware vendors including selection, contracting, renewals, and spend tracking.
- Maintain foundational security hygiene: own access management, device policies, SSO in partnership with Engineering.
- Serve as go-to for IT issues: troubleshoot problems and build tooling and runbooks to prevent future issues.

What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or similar role, ideally at a startup.
- Experience managing SaaS tooling, device fleets, and vendor relationships.
- Working knowledge of core security practices (SSO, access management, device management).
- Strong organizational skills and bias toward clear documentation.
