IT Operations Lead

What You’ll Do

• Own internal systems: manage SaaS tools, devices, and access (provisioning, deprovisioning).
• Run IT for onboarding and offboarding: ensure new hires have necessary setup on day one and clean removal of access upon departure.
• Manage vendors and procurement: handle relationships with software and hardware vendors including selection, contracting, renewals, and spend tracking.
• Maintain foundational security hygiene: own access management, device policies, SSO in partnership with Engineering.
• Serve as go-to for IT issues: troubleshoot problems and build tooling and runbooks to prevent future issues.

• Care about security fundamentals without being a full-time security engineer.
• Comfortable operating as a department of one and building support systems from scratch.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or similar role, ideally at a startup.
• Experience managing SaaS tooling, device fleets, and vendor relationships.
• Working knowledge of core security practices (SSO, access management, device management).
• Strong organizational skills and bias toward clear documentation.
