About the role

What You'll Do

  • Own Finance-focused data products end to end, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, set priorities, define requirements, and drive delivery.
  • Build and maintain pipelines, datasets, dashboards, APIs, and frameworks that Finance teams rely on for planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Contribute to data management tools and services that power AI and BI across the company.
  • Understand Finance stakeholders' workflows, translate needs into requirements and user stories, and build relationships across Finance, engineering, and technical teams.
  • Keep the voice of the user central in prioritization and discovery, shape the roadmap for Finance-focused data products, and push for the right solutions.
  • Own product backlog, break complex problems into increments, manage dependencies, support agile delivery, and make tradeoffs across business impact, technical feasibility, and timelines.
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, usability, and business value; drive adoption through documentation, onboarding, rollouts, and change management.
  • Partner with engineering and Finance teams to resolve issues and capture learnings.

  • Experience working with sensitive financial data, including SOX-related processes, with sound judgment on balancing controls with execution speed.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with ability to give clear visibility into product direction, progress, and risk.
  • Comfortable operating with guidance from senior product and data leaders while independently owning area and driving work forward with high accountability.
