Responsibilities
- Build the full lifecycle: Collaborate closely with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1.
- Solve complex technical challenges: Optimize virtualized rendering for large data collections or architect reliable content management systems.
- Drive User Experience: Contribute to a smooth, delightful UX and bridge the gap between working code and great product.
- Performance & Scale: Improve application performance through profiling and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Technical Spike in EITHER:
- Frontend: Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Understand Virtual DOM, state management, CSS architecture.
- Backend: Strong systems design, API architecture, database optimization, scalable infrastructure.
- Product intuition for user-facing products.
- Adaptability to work across stack.
- Agency & ownership to define solutions.
