About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build the full lifecycle: Collaborate closely with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1.
  • Solve complex technical challenges: Optimize virtualized rendering for large data collections or architect reliable content management systems.
  • Drive User Experience: Contribute to a smooth, delightful UX and bridge the gap between working code and great product.
  • Performance & Scale: Improve application performance through profiling and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software development experience.
  • Technical Spike in EITHER:
    • Frontend: Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Understand Virtual DOM, state management, CSS architecture.
    • Backend: Strong systems design, API architecture, database optimization, scalable infrastructure.
  • Product intuition for user-facing products.
  • Adaptability to work across stack.
  • Agency & ownership to define solutions.
