Intern Business Development
Business development intern supporting the Madrid sales team through account research, strategic prospecting, cold calling, and qualified-meeting generation. The role is designed for students fluent in English and a Nordic language who can commit to at least six months starting November 2026.

Responsibilities
- Align focus accounts with account teams.
- Identify and source key influencers and decision-makers within target companies.
- Prospect into prioritized accounts through cold calls, email, and social strategies.
- Initiate sales opportunities by setting qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Accompany sourced opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Present and report progress to sales leaders to drive growth results.
Requirements
- Current student in Business Administration or a comparable program.
- Structured working style and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Curiosity and a long-term interest in building a career in Sales.
- Native or equivalent proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) and English.
- At least six months of full-time availability starting November 2026.
Nice to Have
- Initial experience in a sales-related role.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, or SalesLoft.
- Experience with account research, planning, prospecting, and cold calling.
