Responsibilities
- Develop a 12–24-month strategic innovation roadmap for the behavioral health suite, including Bamboo Bridge BH, OpenBeds, Crisis, and Treatment Connection.
- Work cross-functionally with product management, analytics, sales, and marketing to drive commercialization and go-to-market success.
- Conduct client interviews and market analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic priorities.
- Lead innovation and brainstorming sessions exploring data- and technology-driven approaches to integrated behavioral and physical health solutions.
- Develop clear narratives that translate complex health technology concepts into impactful stories for internal and external audiences.
- Create enablement tools, presentations, playbooks, and strategic messaging to equip sales teams.
- Partner with sales leaders on key client engagements using tailored strategies and messaging.
- Track and evaluate strategic deliverables, iterating based on feedback and market trends.
- Use AI-supported tools for analysis, documentation, task management, and other functional workflows.
- Establish KPIs for the adoption and impact of insights, sales enablement, and feedback loops.
- Deliver recommendations based on customer feedback, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead cross-functional innovation sessions that produce new product and go-to-market concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree in business, public health, or a related field is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, insights, product marketing, or healthcare consulting.
- 3+ years of direct behavioral health experience.
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including behavioral health, physical health, and payer/provider ecosystems.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategy with execution.
- Experience creating playbooks, presentations, and strategic messaging guides.
- Experience leading innovation workshops and facilitating cross-functional brainstorming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with data visualization and storytelling tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
