Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship and technical account plans for assigned strategic partners.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies and build partner technical capabilities for Cloudflare One and AI solutions.
- Cultivate technical champions within partner organizations to drive adoption, generate partner-influenced opportunities, and deliver professional services.
- Support technical discovery, solution architecture, proofs of concept, demonstrations, deal qualification, and pipeline acceleration.
- Accelerate partner readiness to deploy, manage, and support Cloudflare platforms and AI application workloads.
- Co-develop partner services catalogs, managed SASE practices, and AI security assessments.
- Track service-delivery KPIs, improve partner performance, and support service monetization.
- Serve as an escalated technical contact for architectural health and long-term partner success.
- Use autonomous AI tools to automate repeatable technical tasks.
- Gather partner feedback, support beta programs, and contribute to product co-innovation.
- Participate in cross-functional enablement and maintain proficiency across Cloudflare One and AI products.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
- Strong knowledge of Cloudflare One or equivalent SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
- Experience developing technical talent or champion programs within partner organizations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT, multicloud, and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage the technical lifecycle from presales discovery and opportunity generation through post-sales delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
