Lead day-to-day operations for ElevenLabs' SoHo office as the primary point of contact. Manage vendors, facilities, events, onboarding, and culture initiatives to create a high-quality workplace for the growing New York AI team. Requires 5 days/week onsite in NYC with strong operational and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for the office, welcoming guests, leading onboarding, and boosting team culture through curated food/beverage programs, social rituals, and office perks.
- Manage all day-to-day workplace logistics—including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping—while owning vendor relationships from contract negotiations to performance management.
- Partner with building management to maintain facilities, establish white-glove service standards, and manage ongoing space planning, floor plans, and seating charts to support a growing team.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events—such as AI hackathons, team offsites, and all-hands meetings—while ensuring a high-touch, premium experience for visiting executives and clients.
- Partner with People Ops to continuously improve the local onboarding experience (tours, swag), manage all office-related communications, and maintain clear SOPs and workplace documentation to ensure a seamless experience as the team grows.
Requirements
- Based in New York, able to be in the office 5 days a week.
- Strong operational expertise in managing the day-to-day running of a high visibility office. Thrives in high pressure environments requiring solid judgement and quick decision making.
- Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing office maintenance and supplies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives and legal partners to vendors and office guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with a proven ability to anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement new processes to improve workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment, including planning and executing office-wide events and negotiating with vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
