Senior .Net/C# Developer, SaaS Manager
The Senior Developer will independently design, deliver, and improve enterprise-scale SaaS management features while guiding technical decisions and mentoring teammates. The role requires 5+ years of software development experience with strong .NET, C#, and MongoDB expertise, and is remote within the US and Canada.

Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of complex features end-to-end, from scoping through production, with minimal guidance.
- Lead technical design discussions, write design documents, surface risks, propose solutions, and build consensus.
- Establish and uphold team practices for testing, code quality, and observability through code reviews and hands-on work.
- Partner with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and make sound engineering tradeoffs.
- Use agentic AI tools where they provide meaningful leverage and share effective practices with teammates.
- Mentor less experienced developers through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, and MongoDB or similar technologies.
- Ability to independently solve complex engineering problems and own systems end-to-end.
- Experience with code reviews, test coverage, technical documentation, and design discussions.
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical contexts.
- Practical experience evaluating and using agentic AI in software development.
- Mentoring experience and a focus on developing engineers’ confidence and independence.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience evolving a legacy or growth-stage application into an enterprise-scale platform.
- Familiarity with .NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, and React.
- Ability to evaluate technologies on their merits and learn new programming languages quickly.
Compensation and Benefits
- USA-based roles: $153,000 USD–$214,000 USD annual salary, plus health, dental, 401(k), paid time off, equity, and applicable incentive programs.
- Canada-based roles: $144,000 CAD–$202,000 CAD annual salary, plus health, dental, RRSP, paid time off, equity, and applicable incentive programs.
