Technical Product Analyst

Technical Product Analyst works closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams to test platform functionality, configure integrations, document workflows, and ensure smooth mortgage loan origination delivery. Requires 3+ years mortgage industry experience and strong technical skills like SQL, APIs, JSON/XML.

Responsibilities

  • Become a Vesta product expert, test all platform functionality, and document test cases with high attention to detail.
  • Work with partner integrations team to configure integrations and map data across platforms.
  • Partner with customer implementation team to create documentation for loan fulfillment workflows and product nuances.
  • Stay aligned with engineering, product, and partner teams, providing updates on testing and integration status.
  • Deliver industry-changing software to customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in mortgage industry, navigating mortgage systems (operational/process or technical/IT side).
  • Experience with Loan Origination Systems (big plus).
  • Experience in pricing/secondary marketing (PPE configuration, lock desk, investor delivery, loan sale workflows, hedging) (huge plus).
  • Highly technical: comfortable with engineers/product managers, reading API docs, data schemas, JSON/XML payloads.
  • Hands-on with Postman, basic SQL, scripting for data validation (major plus).
  • Curious, problem-solving, self-starter, team player, detail-oriented.

Compensation

  • Cash compensation: $100,000 - $135,000/yr (final offer based on experience/expertise).
