Game Operations Analyst - Pre Match
Build and monitor pre-game and in-game sports player projections, manage risk through quantitative analysis, and support game-operations processes across leagues. The role requires strong DFS and sports-gaming knowledge, attention to detail, timely decision-making, and night/weekend availability.

Responsibilities
- Post and maintain accurate pre-game and in-game player projections for supported markets and leagues.
- Monitor player projections and track key information affecting projections.
- Manage risk using modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Analyze member play patterns and adjust internal processes.
- Partner with sport owners on strategies, best practices, and key-market processes.
- Support product initiatives and establish standard operating procedures for game operations.
- Apply game operations skills across other assigned sports.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, time management, reliability, and deadline management.
- Extensive knowledge of daily fantasy sports, prediction markets, sports gaming, player props, and major/college sports.
- Ability to analyze multiple information streams and make timely decisions.
- Availability to work nights and weekends aligned with sports schedules.
- High proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to learn new software.
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, analytics, finance, or accounting preferred but not required.
- One to three years of Daily Fantasy Sports or sports gaming experience preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000–$65,000.
