Game Operations - Trading Analyst
Monitors and trades sports player projections across pre-game and live markets, managing risk through quantitative analysis and adapting operations to sports schedules. Strong mathematical, analytical, and sports-gaming knowledge is required; DFS or sports-gaming experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate pre-game and in-game player projections across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, college basketball, college football, and esports markets.
- Monitor projections throughout the day and track information relevant to projection changes.
- Manage risk using modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Analyze member play patterns and adjust internal processes accordingly.
- Collaborate with sport owners on strategies, best practices, and processes for key markets.
- Help establish standard operating procedures for game operations tasks.
Requirements
- Analyze multiple information streams concurrently and make thoughtful decisions in a time-sensitive environment.
- Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication, time management, and reliability.
- Understanding of daily fantasy sports and sports gaming.
- Thorough knowledge of major sports league players, teams, matchups, and factors affecting projections.
- Ability to apply standard operating procedures across sports.
- Willingness to adapt to different trading philosophies and company objectives.
- Availability to work nights and weekends according to the sports schedule.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, analytics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience working in or playing daily fantasy sports or sports gaming.
