Implementation Project Manager
Leads enterprise SaaS implementation projects for strategic clients, coordinating cross-functional internal and client teams across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery. Requires at least five years of relevant experience, including four years in project management, plus client-facing implementation experience and waterfall and agile expertise.

Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and run the project lifecycle, including sales support and scoping, sales-to-services transition, initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and control, and closing.
- Drive the use of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and internal policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external executive sponsors, key customers, and project team members.
- Translate client requirements, objectives, and goals into project plans.
- Define and manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources for sophisticated projects.
- Maintain project plans and other project documents.
- Assist with implementation process definition for the growing EMEA and international client base by adapting current business processes to meet evolving international client needs.
- Partner closely with Solutions Architects, Solutions Consultants, and specialist resources to execute project plans.
- Identify and propose changes, change orders, and budget updates; determine impacts and drive mitigation plans.
- Lead steering committee meetings with C-level partners and handle difficult conversations.
- Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of project management experience.
- Professional experience implementing enterprise-class SaaS software.
- Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership ability; people management is not required.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Prior external client-facing experience.
- Understanding of project commercials, including statements of work, budgeting, and resourcing.
- Professional experience in financial services, technology implementations, or consulting preferred.
- Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Some travel required.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with the frameworks, operating models, and goals of EMEA-based wealth management and investment advisory firms.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce, Monday.com, Jira, or Confluence.
- Experience implementing investment management software.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range of $118,00 - $148,00 for roles in Colorado, California, and New York, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
- Compensation is determined by role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
