Responsibilities
- Build and operate a safe, efficient crypto neobank.
- Design and deploy Solidity smart contracts.
- Build backend systems to automate on-chain operations, secure user flows, and integrate protocol logic.
- Conduct rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation to maintain high standards of quality and maintainability.
- Help secure the company's Web3 technology stacks and operations.
Requirements
- Strong programming and design skills in Solidity.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Careful attention to clean, secure smart contract code, edge cases, and failure modes.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, open-ended environments.
- Hands-on experience with blockchain or smart contracts, such as building smart contracts, auditing protocols, using DeFi protocols, or developing MEV bots.
- At least 4 years of industry experience.
