Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end financial deliverables, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis, while meeting annual budget and monthly planning cycles.
- Drive month-end close through detailed variance analysis and partnership with Accounting.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and underlying drivers.
- Advise Platform leadership on resource allocation and investment decisions; prepare and present business-review analysis.
- Build and maintain financial models covering risks, opportunities, and investment trade-offs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or a similar fast-paced finance environment.
- Experience managing large-scale OpEx budgets across multiple cost centers, including headcount, infrastructure, AI, and contractors.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, actionable financial analysis.
- Advanced financial modeling skills.
- SQL proficiency for data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Anaplan or NetSuite, or data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots, apply human-in-the-loop practices, and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
