Head of Industry - Manufacturing
Leads the vision, strategy, and execution of Celonis’s global Manufacturing Industry Practice, partnering with customers and cross-functional Product, AI, Engineering, and GTM teams. The role requires entrepreneurial leadership, enterprise software experience, public speaking, and a record of building scalable manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define the vision for Celonis's Manufacturing Industry Practice and translate it into a strategy and prioritized actions.
- Build and lead a cross-functional industry team across Value Engineering, Sales, and AI Builders.
- Define processes and structure to accelerate impact within the manufacturing industry.
- Work directly with customers to align manufacturing solutions with their business strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to inform future product development using customer feedback.
- Identify and package scalable use cases across the Celonis platform.
- Drive innovation and expand the company's offerings.
- Enable internal teams and partners to position and deploy manufacturing solutions.
- Represent the manufacturing industry internally and externally.
Requirements
- Proven record of building and leading cross-functional teams that develop software solutions for strategic manufacturing problems.
- High degree of entrepreneurship and experience building in a 0-to-1 environment.
- Excellent public speaking and external presentation skills.
- Proven experience developing enterprise software solutions, with a strong portfolio of successful real-world use cases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders ranging from board members to end users.
