Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate business process workshops with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
- Define requirements across Inventory Management, Order Management, Indirect Procurement, and related logistics processes.
- Own end-to-end functional configuration of Oracle Fusion modules, with particular ownership of the Indirect Procurement value stream.
- Translate workshop outcomes into standard-first Oracle Fusion system designs, configurations, documentation, and test deliverables.
- Support extraction, transformation, and loading of item, article, inventory, master, and historical data from the client's legacy ERP.
- Own integration design connecting Oracle Fusion with Shopify for e-commerce order and inventory synchronization.
- Design integrations with warehouse management systems for inbound and outbound logistics, as well as applicable adjacent Oracle Fusion modules.
- Configure and maintain Oracle article/item master data using fashion and apparel best practices, including style, color, and size hierarchies, seasonal structures, and pre-pack/kit structures.
- Present designs and progress directly to business stakeholders and client leadership.
Requirements
- Experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in logistics and supply chain management.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
- Strong functional ownership of Indirect Procurement processes.
- Experience with greenfield implementations and standard-first configuration.
- Experience with master data migration and ETL from legacy ERP systems.
- Experience designing integrations between Oracle Fusion, e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems, and adjacent Oracle Fusion modules.
- Knowledge of fashion and apparel item/article master data and Oracle Retail conventions.
- Excellent spoken and written business English.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and engage client stakeholders and leadership.

- Experience with warehouse management system integrations.
- Knowledge of style, color, size, seasonal, pre-pack, and kit structures.
