The HRIS Analyst will own day-to-day UKG Pro support, reporting, dashboards, and configuration across core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert for the People Operations team.
- Field requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support.
- Manage and triage People Systems requests through Jira, prioritizing, tracking, and resolving tickets with clear stakeholder communication.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards in UKG Pro for HR, Finance, and business leaders.
- Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules, including core HR, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling.
- Document system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards.
- Identify recurring issues and address root causes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience.
- Strong proficiency in report building using Cognos or UKG Reporting.
- Experience with UKG Pro system configuration.
- Experience managing requests through a ticketing system; Jira preferred.
- Customer-first mindset and strong stakeholder support skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity; SOX audit controls experience preferred.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
