Strategic Partnership & Planning
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Technology leadership to drive alignment on strategic priorities and growth initiatives
Connect product strategy, customer lifecycle strategy, and go-to-market execution across teams
Support planning processes, prioritization discussions, tradeoff decisions, and cross-functional decision-making tied to user growth and engagement
Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or cross-functional business challenges
Operational Excellence & Execution
Improve cross-functional operating rhythms between Marketing, Product, and Technology teams
Drive planning cycles, business reviews, operational cadences, and executive decision-making processes
Ensure strategic initiatives are properly prioritized, sequenced, and executed across functions
Identify organizational friction, dependency gaps, and execution risks before they become larger organizational issues
Improve how teams prioritize work, allocate resources, define success, and measure business impact across increasingly complex marketing initiatives
Insights & Decision Support
Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, growth performance, operational trends, and business impact
Translate data and complex analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership
Build frameworks, metrics, and reporting that connect performance across campaigns, channels, product initiatives, and broader business outcomes
Help establish shared success metrics and measurement frameworks across cross-functional teams
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, Marketing, Growth, and Commercial teams to drive alignment on strategic initiatives
Support integrated campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives that require coordination across multiple functions and stakeholders
Connect product roadmap planning, launch readiness, audience strategy, and go-to-market execution across teams
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, marketing operations, consulting, marketing management, product operations, or related fields
Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable plans
Highly analytical with experience using data to drive decision-making and influence senior stakeholders
Proven ability to drive initiatives from strategy through execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear executive-level recommendations
Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with product development lifecycles, growth organizations, and technology teams
Demonstrated AI fluency with the ability to operationalize high-volume creative variant scaling and asset management workflows
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $138,236 - $162,630
