Responsibilities

  • Discover and validate customer needs through interviews, feedback analysis, and synthesis into design decisions.
  • Design dense, operational web interfaces for dispatch workspaces, routing, agents, order management, real-time views, and data visualization.
  • Rapidly create concepts and prototypes in Figma or code, using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, v0, and Figma Make.
  • Prepare and run client-facing demos; present, persuade, and defend design decisions with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, including components, tokens, and variables.
  • Develop agentic AI-native product experiences and workflows for logistics operators.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering teams to refine scope, resolve feasibility trade-offs, and maintain implementation quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product or UX design experience with shipped work in complex products.
  • Proven B2B product experience involving complex workflows, professional users, and data-dense interfaces.
  • Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to connect research to design decisions.
  • Component-based thinking, including atomic design and modern web application patterns.
  • Understanding of how designs map to frontend implementation; ability to read design token files.
  • Daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools in the design workflow.
  • Bias toward rapid iteration and validation.
  • Clear communication in English and comfort presenting to clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Design systems expertise, including tokens, variables, theming, and Figma component architecture.
  • Design engineering or coded prototyping experience with React, Tailwind, or AI tools such as v0, Cursor, and Claude.
  • Experience with logistics, supply chain, or operations tooling.
  • Experience designing agentic AI or LLM-powered product experiences.
  • Mobile design experience with iOS or Android patterns.
