What You’ll Do
- Embed with customers to understand their workflows, priorities, and decision-making processes from the inside out
- Design and deploy tailored workflows and analytical tools using the Pryzm platform to solve real operational problems
- Translate ambiguous mission requirements into clear product configurations, data integrations, and actionable insights
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with end users, program managers, and senior leaders at customer organizations
- Partner with Pryzm’s engineering teams to communicate what’s working, what’s missing, and what matters most
- Drive adoption and capability expansion within existing accounts, identifying new use cases and stakeholders
- Develop training materials, playbooks, and documentation that scale your impact beyond direct engagement
- Support business development by participating in demos, capability briefings, and proposal efforts
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in a high-impact, customer-facing role, either as a Deployment Strategist or Forward Deployed Engineer, or elsewhere such as within consulting, federal contracting, SaaS implementation, or a hybrid
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with operators and decision-makers in government or national security environments
- Strong analytical instincts: comfortable with data, able to structure complex problems, and fast at learning new tools
- A builder’s mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do; you identify the gap and close it
- Outstanding communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts for a variety of audiences
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in fast-moving, high-stakes environments
- Experience with government procurement, capture management, or the federal technology ecosystem is a strong plus
- Bonus: if you are technical and can write code too!
Qualifications
- Located in or willing to relocate to New York, Washington DC, or Boston. This is a fully on-site position
- US Person required; active clearance preferred or ability to obtain
- Veterans and those with military or intelligence community backgrounds strongly encouraged to apply
- Willingness for regular customer travel
