Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Client Partnership
- Lead scoping sessions, confirm requirements, and create achievable project plans aligned with technical realities and client goals.
- Manage integration and data projects end-to-end, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable, client-friendly guidance.
- Build strong client relationships through clarity, reliability, and service excellence.
Technical Execution & Integration
- Implement and maintain data imports, exports, and system integrations using technical tools.
- Support and deploy advanced integrations, including RESTful APIs, single sign-on, CRM/HRIS connections, and turnkey integration packages.
- Troubleshoot data challenges and advise clients on data modeling, validation, governance, and integration design.
- Contribute technical expertise to BI and analytics discussions, helping clients structure and leverage learning data.
Team Contribution & Improvement
- Mentor Technical Services Specialist I team members through knowledge sharing, best practices, and technical guidance.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for complex or high-visibility integration projects.
- Lead or contribute to improvements in processes, documentation, and client experience.
- Partner with Product, Technical Support, Client Success, and Engineering teams to solve technical and data challenges.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience implementing integration or data solutions for a SaaS platform or equivalent technical role.
- Experience in a client-facing technical role with strong communication, clarity, and expectation-setting.
- Strong understanding of data models, validation, transformation, and system-to-system integration concepts.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical approaches and recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of documentation and service.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools and agents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or related operational tools.
- Experience with APIs, SSO using SAML, OAuth, or OIDC, and SQL.
- Familiarity with CRM and HRIS connectors such as Salesforce, ADP, UKG Pro, BambooHR, Dayforce, and Workday.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Sisense, or Snowflake.
- French or Spanish language skills.
