Responsibilities
Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for technical searches across Engineering, AI, Infrastructure, Product, and Design.
Build and run an AI-forward sourcing stack using sourcing tools, agents, and automation for discovery, enrichment, and outreach.
Design and iterate on AI-assisted outreach that is personalized, technically credible, and human.
Build reusable prompts, templates, and workflows for the team.
Map talent pools and competitive companies to identify undiscovered candidates.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and translate them into precise, searchable criteria.
Track conversion and response rates, A/B test messaging, and use data to adjust searches.
Evaluate new AI sourcing tools and share effective practices with the Talent team.
Requirements
4+ years of technical or engineering sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth startup.
Experience with AI sourcing tools, agents, and automation, or willingness to master them.
Experience building sourcing programs, pipelines, or AI/automation workflows from scratch.
Technical literacy sufficient to evaluate GitHub profiles, research papers, and engineering blogs.
Strong organizational, calibration, market-mapping, and pipeline-management skills.
Hunter instincts and comfort operating with ambiguity and urgency.
Creative approach to sourcing technical talent beyond traditional LinkedIn methods.
Commitment to a human, responsive candidate experience.
Experience with Ashby and sourcing tools such as Gem, Juicebox, Noon, and Metaview.
