About the role
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all corporate non-tech & non-sales openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between).
Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely.
Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc).
Continuously strengthen the employer brand & hiring process. Introduce new ideas, best practices, influence the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.
Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years of in-house experience.
Experience at an early-stage startup that has experienced fast growth.
Enjoy every part of the hiring process, from sourcing to signing, and love having end-to-end ownership.

Build Squint's recruiting function from the ground up as a hands-on Talent Lead. Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and GTM roles while developing processes, tooling, metrics, employer brand, and early People Ops systems. Requires 6+ years experience scaling recruiting at high-growth startups.
Senior Technical Sourcer responsible for identifying and engaging top software engineering and technical talent for OpenAI's AI research and deployment teams.
