About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Run full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, closing) for priority roles across Engineering, GTM, and other functions.
  • Build recruiting processes, tooling (ATS, scorecards, interview training), metrics, and systems to scale hiring effectively.
  • Partner with hiring managers to translate headcount plans into hiring strategies, set calibrated bars, and coach interviewers.
  • Develop employer brand through LinkedIn, events, and recruiting conversations to attract top talent.
  • Extend into broader People Ops responsibilities including onboarding, systems, and early performance processes as the function evolves.

About You

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, including building or scaling a recruiting function at a high-growth startup.
  • Track record of full-cycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders and founders.
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting/ATS tooling such as Ashby or Greenhouse.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly without cutting corners on candidate experience or hiring standards.
