Senior HRIS Analyst
Manage and optimize Workday configurations for US Payroll, absence, and time tracking. Partner with HR Operations and IT to ensure compliant, scalable HR systems.
Leads configuration, administration, and integrations of global People tech stack (Workday as source of truth) with product management approach. Optimizes workflows, manages support queue, ensures data integrity/security/compliance for People, Finance, IT teams. Requires 5+ years HRIS experience, 3+ years Workday expertise.

Own TA technology infrastructure including ATS configuration, integrations, AI agent development, and automation. Lead governance, compliance, and roadmap for recruiting tech stack.
