Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll with third-party provider, ensure 100% accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.
Benefits Administration: Manage and audit employee benefits (health insurance, 401K, etc.), serve as main contact for providers and employees.
Systems & Workflows: Act as power user for Hibob and Pigment App; test workflows, ensure data integration, identify automation opportunities.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain payroll records and generate reports for finance team budget forecasting.
Scope primarily North America (USA & Canada), UK, and EOR providers.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in USA & Canada payroll.
Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration.
Rigorous with strong attention to detail.
