Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-powered patient-support platform serving specialty pharma workflows. The role requires deep patient-support domain expertise, strong systems thinking, data fluency, and senior cross-functional leadership in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Hub across the patient journey, including benefit verification, prior authorization follow-up, enrollment, financial assistance, and adherence.
- Define the AI-and-human operating model, including autonomous agent responsibilities, human-expert routing, and context-rich handoffs.
- Expand safe AI automation while instrumenting the system to identify where and why human intervention remains necessary.
- Partner with sales, customers, and leadership to translate pharma manufacturer and specialty pharmacy needs into a scalable product.
- Lead cross-functional work across engineering, AI/ML, operations, implementation, clinical, and compliance teams.
- Mentor other product managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product line or portfolio and responsibility for product strategy.
- Deep specialty pharma and patient support domain expertise, including hub services, patient support programs, benefit verification, prior authorization, copay and financial assistance, and payer/PBM workflows.
- Strong systems thinking and experience designing workflows that combine software with human operations.
- Fluency with data, metrics, dashboards, and evidence-based roadmap decisions.
- Experience operating in regulated, safety-first environments where accuracy and compliance are critical.
- Senior cross-functional and executive-facing leadership experience, including direct customer engagement.
Nice-to-haves
- Consulting experience serving pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud or Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
- Experience owning customer implementations.
- Experience shipping AI, machine learning, or agentic products.
