Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve intelligent customer experience solutions integrating Salesforce CRM with AWS services and generative AI.
- Architect AI-powered experiences using Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, and modern LLM integration patterns.
- Build backend services and integrations supporting LLM orchestration, prompt workflows, RAG pipelines, and other generative AI features.
- Lead complex customer experience initiatives from technical discovery through production deployment.
- Develop prompt engineering, grounding, and AI interaction strategies for customer-facing experiences.
- Design resilient APIs, event-driven integrations, and backend services connecting Salesforce, AWS, internal systems, and external applications.
- Drive CI/CD and deployment automation using GitHub and Gearset.
- Champion observability, operational excellence, and production support practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and design reviews.
- Lead technical decisions across architecture, integrations, AI/ML tooling, scalability, security, and platform evolution.
- Partner with product, design, architecture, security, data, and infrastructure teams.
- Collaborate in a Scrum-based Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and engineering patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in customer-facing platforms, enterprise integrations, or CRM-driven systems.
- Backend and application development expertise with Python or Java and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience designing cloud-native AWS solutions, including Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
- Experience integrating LLMs and generative AI into production applications, ideally with Amazon Bedrock or LangChain.
- Experience building prompt orchestration layers, RAG workflows, retrieval pipelines, or similar intelligent application patterns.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API development, testing, code quality, and maintainable architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments using GitHub and Gearset.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence technical strategy.
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving engineering practices.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce architecture and development experience, including Apex, Lightning, Flow, APIs, and data models.
- Advanced prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization experience.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, agentic workflows, or related orchestration frameworks.
- Enterprise security, compliance, and data governance experience related to AI and customer data protection.
- Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- Exposure to AWS services such as SageMaker and AppConfig and to event-driven architectures.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives or large-scale platform improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range for candidates located in Poland: 225000–330000.
