Cloud Solution Engineer
The Cloud Solution Engineer integrates, operates, and optimizes cloud-native platforms for customers while contributing to SaaS infrastructure. The role requires hands-on Kubernetes and AWS/Azure experience, Infrastructure as Code skills, strong communication, and at least two years operating production environments.

Responsibilities
- Support the integration, installation, and operation of the cloud-native platform within customers’ existing ecosystems.
- Improve Helm charts, Terraform providers, observability dashboards, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to evolve the SaaS platform and implement solutions on AWS, Azure, and the Terraform ecosystem.
- Improve and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure built on CNCF projects, Flux GitOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Use Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo to monitor and troubleshoot cloud-native systems and support customers.
- Use AI-powered tools and assistants to accelerate infrastructure operations, automate routine tasks, and streamline coding and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to ensure smooth integrations and successful implementations.
Requirements
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud ecosystems, especially AWS and Azure.
- Interest or experience in cloud networking, security, and automation.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to explain cloud and Kubernetes concepts to customers and colleagues.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfort integrating AI tools into daily engineering workflows.
- 2+ years of experience operating production cloud or Kubernetes environments, with a focus on reliability and scalability.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Grafana, Loki, Mimir, and Tempo.
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps tools.
- Ability to write technical articles, blog posts, and case studies.
- Experience with AI-integrated development workflows or AI agents.
