Technical Program Manager, Bridge

Responsibilities

• Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and org-wide programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, scope, and shepherd features.
• Create functional specs, project and release plans, and roadmaps.
• Own and execute one or more software engineering programs simultaneously.
• Drive product decisions that align with program and company objectives.
• Influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• Define and scale program processes and frameworks that can be adopted across the org.
• Mentor TPMs and contribute to building the TPM discipline at Bridge.

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program or product management, with a consistent track record of shipping products with broad and global customer impact.
• Track record of providing solid program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership throughout.
• Discerning about product and infrastructure architecture; able to lead technical discussions, drive clarity on decision tradeoffs and solutions.
• Operate independently and lead efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a fintech or payments company.
• Track record of driving programs with cross-organizational or company-wide impact.
• Comfortable working directly with senior engineering and product leadership with limited support.
• History of building toward durable, long-term solutions.
