About the role

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement a comprehensive onboarding strategy to accelerate productivity of SDRs, AEs, SEs, SDs, and partner sellers.
  • Oversee measurement and reporting of all deliveries to track behaviors and program effectiveness.
  • Oversee the Field’s monthly in-person Boot Camps at the Menlo Park office and virtual onboarding training sessions.
  • Maintain and evolve onboarding content and curriculum covering sales process, product offerings, and operational processes across segments and regions.
  • Assist in developing and presenting training content for internal events like Sales Kick-Off (SKO).
  • Partner with enablement and leadership teams to refine onboarding strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Field and Partner Enablement teams for smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing development.
  • Serve as a consulting partner to global leaders and deliver programming to all field segments.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and work onsite at least three days per week.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Sales/Pre-Sales/Implementation with strong focus on onboarding in enterprise software.
  • Experience in learning design (e.g., Bloom taxonomy), measurement (e.g., Kirkpatrick framework), enablement tooling (LMS, CMS, Articulate/Synthesia/RISE), gamification, and program management.
  • Experience in fast-changing environments requiring strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, results-oriented decision-making, and commitment to excellence.
  • Proven experience designing and building on-demand and in-person training content.
  • Ability to secure executive sponsorship and gain support from diverse stakeholders.
  • Unmatched organizational, communication, and presentation skills; sales background strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in written communications.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Calendar, AI tools, and Slack.
  • Strong consultative skills to conduct discovery, create solutions, and facilitate workshops.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Education a plus.
