Early-career software engineers will build and operate healthcare products across web, mobile, backend, infrastructure, data, and AI systems. The role requires a recent or upcoming technical graduate with strong computer science fundamentals and meaningful software-building experience.

Responsibilities
- Build product features across web, mobile, and backend applications, including offline-first experiences for healthcare professionals.
- Develop reliable APIs and backend services supporting high-volume clinical workflows.
- Build data-processing pipelines for complex, high-volume healthcare data.
- Improve AI systems, including inference pipelines, orchestration, fallbacks, retries, asynchronous workflows, and quality-evaluation infrastructure.
- Improve monitoring, observability, alerting, debugging, application performance, reliability, and stability.
- Design internal tools that improve engineering productivity and production-system operations.
- Collaborate with product, design, clinical, engineering, and customer-facing teams to understand problems and ship solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Recent or upcoming graduation.
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, operating systems, databases, networking, or distributed systems.
- Software development experience through internships, research, open-source projects, coursework, startups, or personal projects.
- Ability to write clean, understandable, and maintainable code.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across multiple system layers.
- Interest in reliability, performance, ownership, autonomy, and working closely with users.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and work in a fast-moving environment.
Technical Environment
- Languages and frameworks: Python, TypeScript, Dart, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React, native mobile platforms.
- Infrastructure and data: PostgreSQL, Redis, cloud object storage, Kubernetes, containers, distributed queues, data-processing pipelines.
- AI systems: LLM inference and orchestration pipelines, AI evaluation infrastructure.
- Observability and testing: Monitoring, logging, tracing, production observability, automated testing.
