- Drive liquidity by collaborating with leading market makers and trading firms to structure incentives, fees, and quoting standards for high-volume macro markets
- Build reliable, transparent resolution systems using official government data, economic releases, and automated feeds
- Integrate data sources — work with economics data providers, financial APIs, and government datasets to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and resilience
- Shape partnerships with data firms, economic research institutions, financial media, and macro-adjacent platforms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance to launch macro features that meet regulatory and technical expectations
- Monitor volume, spreads, participation, and latency across macro markets and relentlessly optimize them

- Product sensibility — you think in systems, incentives, user flows, and feedback loops
- Comfort navigating regulated and unregulated environments simultaneously
- High-agency mindset and appetite for ownership; thrives in fast-moving, informationally dense environments
- (Plus) Experience at a regulated exchange, derivatives venue, or DCM/DCO
