Responsibilities
- Define the strategy and roadmap across orchestration, triggers, authoring, and observability.
- Translate customer needs into features and integrations that accelerate Lakeflow Jobs adoption.
- Define success metrics for adoption, engagement, and developer efficiency.
- Use data to guide roadmap decisions and refine the product experience.
- Partner with global engineering, field engineering, solution architects, and external partners to deliver impactful features and integrations.
- Talk to customers, understand their journeys, and advocate for features that reduce friction in authoring, monitoring, and orchestrating workloads.
- Own the product lifecycle, including writing PRDs, release notes, and documentation.
- Drive launches that ensure customer and business success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
- Product Management experience, including inbound, outbound, and cross-functional processes.
- Solid understanding of orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, and Prefect.
- Understanding of data pipelines, including Spark, dbt, and Lakeflow Pipelines.
- Strong data analysis and operationalization skills, including SQL, Python, and building operational dashboards.
