Responsibilities
- Own the Core Product Group, shaping product strategy and execution across the client-facing dashboard and customer experience.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while balancing short-term execution with long-term goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers; foster accountability, fast execution, continuous learning, and strong product thinking.
- Use data-driven decision-making to align initiatives with client value, market needs, and business impact.
- Define and measure KPIs, report on team performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Prioritize opportunities and make informed trade-offs in ambiguous, complex environments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Product Marketing teams to accelerate delivery and resolve risks and dependencies.
- Contribute to company strategy and continuously refine roadmaps as business and customer needs evolve.
- Promote a results-driven, high-quality culture and bias for action.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, focused on B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers, establishing product processes, and fostering product methodology.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with a record of delivering measurable results.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and effective prioritization.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience sizing opportunities and translating them into products, features, and processes that deliver value.
- Ability to lead proactively and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience building AI-enabled products, from identifying use cases through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Understanding of AI opportunities and limitations, including quality, reliability, privacy, and client-value evaluation.
