Serve as strategic lead managing enterprise Fortune 500 accounts, driving commercial growth and delivering digital media campaigns for corporate reputation and public affairs initiatives.

What You'll Do
Account Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Interface directly with client stakeholders to solve tactical hurdles and provide strategic advice matching client business objectives with platform capabilities
- Work directly with a Senior Managing Director to service accounts, supported by a project manager and cross-functional team
Drive Commercial Growth
- Identify "white space" and new use cases for products within existing accounts
- Tee up revenue expansion opportunities
- Maintain pulse on news cycle and industry trends to proactively advise clients on reputation impacts and platform solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Strategically lead the client delivery process
- Work cross-functionally to build, execute, and report on digital paid media plans and budgets
- Drive outcomes for corporate reputation, public affairs, and B2B marketing campaigns
Own Deliverables
- Oversee creation of polished, executive-ready presentations
- Translate complex data into compelling reporting narratives and actionable insights for C-suite audiences
Communication
- Communicate clearly and expertly with clients at various levels about product offerings, client business, and goals
- Excel in both verbal and written communication
Experiences and Capabilities
- 8+ years of experience in public affairs/corporate reputation account management with expertise in digital advertising
- Proven track record working directly with Fortune 500 clients across multiple departments or large-scale advocacy organizations to drive strategy and revenue growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail
- Clear, confident communicator who can think on their feet and build instant rapport with senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate data into stories of value, impact, and opportunity
- Natural ability to spot opportunities to solve client problems using the platform
- Solution-oriented with ability to proactively recommend solutions and quickly identify internal resources
- High degree of urgency and "client-first" mentality ensuring deliverables exceed expectations
- Proficient in digital ad ecosystem (Programmatic DSPs, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter ads)
- Energetic and upbeat with ability to maintain composure under tight deadlines
This is a hybrid role. Work from home Monday and Friday, in-office Tuesday through Thursday at the New York City office.
