Responsibilities
- Design and implement challenging product features end-to-end, combining visual/UX design with production code
- Expand and enhance the in-house design system with flexible, composable components
- Consult on bespoke design work for Product Engineers
- Ship features quickly, gather user feedback, and iterate based on real usage
- Handle customer issues and investigations distributed across the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of continuous professional experience as an Engineer or Designer (internships do not count)
- Strong proficiency in both design and engineering, with exceptional proficiency in your primary discipline
- Experience designing products and shipping code to hundreds of users (side projects acceptable)
- Excellent visual design taste and execution
- Ability to work with minimal process and high ownership
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience contributing to or building design systems
- Experience iterating on features through user feedback loops
- Background working on products at scale with real customer usage
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $122,000 - $220,000
