Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design product experiences across the core platform and AI-powered capabilities, from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes, production specifications, and launch.
• Partner with Product Management, UX Research, and Engineering to clarify requirements, test hypotheses, and make practical tradeoffs.
• Simplify complex legal and technical workflows into intuitive, convergent UI patterns while preserving expert functionality.
• Incorporate AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Design into the design workflow for exploration, ideation, and iteration.
• Use and extend the design system by identifying and building UI components as the platform scales.
• Complete product certification to develop deep platform and user knowledge.

Requirements

• 1+ years of product design experience, ideally with product-driven teams building complex B2B SaaS applications.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, elegant interface design, and the ability to clarify complex problems.
• Thoughtful use of AI capabilities in the design process.
• Ability to balance speed, craft, and practical decision-making.
• Comfort working with incomplete information and independently uncovering context.
• Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice-to-haves

• Degree or advanced degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• End-to-end design experience covering user research through post-launch evaluation.

• Expected base salary: $134,000–$183,000 annually.
