Responsibilities
- Design product experiences across the core platform and AI-powered capabilities, from discovery through high-fidelity prototypes, production specifications, and launch.
- Partner with Product Management, UX Research, and Engineering to clarify requirements, test hypotheses, and make practical tradeoffs.
- Simplify complex legal and technical workflows into intuitive, convergent UI patterns while preserving expert functionality.
- Incorporate AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Design into the design workflow for exploration, ideation, and iteration.
- Use and extend the design system by identifying and building UI components as the platform scales.
- Complete product certification to develop deep platform and user knowledge.
Requirements
- 1+ years of product design experience, ideally with product-driven teams building complex B2B SaaS applications.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, elegant interface design, and the ability to clarify complex problems.
- Thoughtful use of AI capabilities in the design process.
- Ability to balance speed, craft, and practical decision-making.
- Comfort working with incomplete information and independently uncovering context.
- Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice-to-haves
- Degree or advanced degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- End-to-end design experience covering user research through post-launch evaluation.
