Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Finance and CEO on strategic financial planning, decision-making, and fundraising.
- Support financial strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives across go-to-market and operations.
- Conduct cross-functional analysis, build financial models, and recommend decisions related to business expansion, pricing and packaging, and capital efficiency.
- Drive financial discipline and accuracy across financial data and operations.
- Track and optimize operating metrics, including revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economics.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or strategic finance at a high-growth startup.
- Exceptional work ethic and bias toward action.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive mindset and strong business judgment.
- Direct communication style and ability to drive results through influence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with startup hours.
