Responsibilities

  • Fully own shipping useful, exciting features to users on a weekly basis.
  • Work on known features/fixes, prototypes to validate ideas, and exploratory projects.
  • Balance short-term shipping with building extensible, maintainable systems.
  • Ensure features are scalable, resilient, and easy to operate in production.
  • Contribute to UX, system design, and architecture discussions.

Requirements

  • Experience or exposure to working with language models, including asynchronous code and defensive error handling.

Compensation

  • Expert (L5): $215-305k + equity
  • Principal (L6): >$260k + significant equity
