Responsibilities
- Fully own shipping useful, exciting features to users on a weekly basis.
- Work on known features/fixes, prototypes to validate ideas, and exploratory projects.
- Balance short-term shipping with building extensible, maintainable systems.
- Ensure features are scalable, resilient, and easy to operate in production.
- Contribute to UX, system design, and architecture discussions.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude across back-end and front-end with solid computer science fundamentals.
- Mid-career to senior-level professional experience contributing to software development teams.
- Above-average communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
- Experience or exposure to working with language models, including asynchronous code and defensive error handling.
- Sense of joy and craftsmanship in work.

Compensation
- Senior (L4): $185-270k + equity
- Expert (L5): $215-305k + equity
- Principal (L6): >$260k + significant equity
