Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and improve repeatable, lightweight execution mechanisms that track program status, communicate progress, surface execution risks on a regular cadence, and escalate blockers to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Partner with the immediate Operations team and cross-functional leads across Tax Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve planning, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Identify execution friction, process gaps, and process breakdowns, and recommend scalable improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness.
- Establish meaningful metrics and reporting that provide visibility into execution health and support data-informed decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews, planning sessions, and execution forums to align teams, resolve blockers, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Monitor initiatives through rollout, evaluate outcomes, and drive follow-up improvements or remediation where needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution.
- Demonstrated ability to identify friction and design scalable improvements that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong structured problem-solving and diagnostic thinking skills, including investigating issues, identifying root causes, and designing scalable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Experience designing or improving operational processes, governance, or execution mechanisms that increased organizational effectiveness.

- Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Experience establishing operating rhythms, planning processes, or organizational governance.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or operationally complex environment.
- Familiarity with operational readiness, launch management, or change management practices.
- Experience using operational metrics to measure execution health and drive continuous improvement.
