Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Delivery

Leads infrastructure delivery workstreams spanning compute, networking, storage, hardware, platform engineering, and data center operations. Requires 5+ years of technical program management experience, strong cross-functional execution, and familiarity with infrastructure environments.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own defined infrastructure workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and deliverables within larger programs.
  • Drive day-to-day execution across engineering, operations, vendors, and external partners.
  • Build and maintain project plans, critical paths, dependencies, RAID logs, and execution status.
  • Coordinate across Infrastructure Engineering, Network, Data Center Operations, Platform, Security, Hardware, and other teams.
  • Connect engineering execution in Jira to broader infrastructure milestones and delivery commitments.
  • Identify blockers and cross-functional dependencies early and drive them through resolution.
  • Support hardware deployments, network and storage initiatives, data center expansions, migrations, and capacity growth.
  • Develop technical depth across workstreams to understand dependencies and challenge delivery assumptions.
  • Provide clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and mitigation plans.
  • Improve infrastructure delivery processes, tooling, documentation, and execution frameworks.
  • Progressively take on broader scope toward independently leading end-to-end infrastructure programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, infrastructure program/project management, or a similar field.
  • Experience driving programs in infrastructure, cloud, platform, SRE, systems, networking, hardware, or data center environments.
  • Strong program management fundamentals, including project planning, milestones, critical path, dependencies, RAID logs, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to understand technical architecture, requirements, and dependencies without implementing the engineering directly.
  • Proven ability to drive execution across multiple technical teams without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to operate in evolving requirements, priorities, ownership, and processes.
  • High learning agility and interest in data center and AI infrastructure.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting compute, network, storage, cloud infrastructure, hardware deployment, or capacity expansion programs.
  • Experience working with hardware vendors, colocation providers, VARs, or external partners.
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Jira.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure capacity planning or hardware lifecycle management.
  • Exposure to GPU infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, HPC, or distributed systems.
  • Experience in a startup, high-growth company, or similarly fast-moving technical environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $160,000–$220,000 USD.
  • Discretionary bonus and meaningful equity component.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) matching in the U.S. and pension contributions in the U.K.
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, floating holidays, and a two-week winter break.
  • Paid parental and family leave.
  • Annual learning and development allowance.
  • Wellness and work-from-home stipends.
  • Four weeks of paid sabbatical leave after four years of service.
  • Flexible schedules and a hybrid work model for office-based teams.
  • Complimentary in-office meals.
