Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-agent AI modernization programs integrated with Oracle ERP and surrounding enterprise systems.
- Lead cross-functional delivery pods including forward-deployed engineers, data engineers, and AI engineering teams.
- Support modernization across ERP, CRM, finance, HRIS, and operational platforms.
- Lead discovery workshops mapping system landscapes, business processes, data flows, and integrations.
- Translate technical trade-offs and implementation plans for executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive Agile delivery within enterprise change-management frameworks.
- Anticipate risks involving legacy remediation, data harmonization, integrations, dependencies, and business continuity; develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate workstreams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure security, compliance, auditability, and operational governance standards are met.
- Oversee integration prerequisites across enterprise platforms and cloud environments.
- Partner with customer security and infrastructure teams on deployment readiness.
- Manage technical escalations and serve as the primary technical operations contact during onboarding and implementation.
- Travel to customer sites for workshops, solution design, and implementation oversight as needed.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years managing or leading technical delivery for Oracle ERP programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business systems, integrations, data flows, and modernization challenges.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and at least one additional enterprise platform such as SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture, APIs, middleware, and cross-platform integrations.
- Experience in technical program management or enterprise engineering delivery.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional implementations with significant technical complexity.
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments and change-management processes.
- Ability to explain technical concepts, system constraints, integration challenges, and data models to engineering and business stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder-management skills.
- Command of Agile methodologies and experience orchestrating complex delivery programs with multiple dependencies.
- Exceptional organization, risk management, and prioritization skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Consulting or system integration experience with organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, IBM, or Capgemini.
- Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled programs or familiarity with LLMs, automation, and multi-agent AI orchestration.
- Experience integrating ERP with CRM, HRIS, finance, analytics, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.
- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, ERP platform, or related technical program certifications.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $154,000–$233,000.
