Responsibilities
- Own delivery of complex customer deployments, including design partnerships, strategic deals, and enterprise go-lives.
- Partner with forward-deployed teams to manage scope, sequence dependencies, mitigate risk, and ensure effective handoffs and milestones.
- Translate customer requirements and feedback into structured program plans.
- Work with go-to-market and Product teams to prioritize high-impact requests, map them to delivery roadmaps, and track execution against committed timelines.
- Drive cross-functional programs involving model lifecycle management, security and compliance buildouts, and external certifications.
- Align stakeholders and hold workstreams accountable without direct authority.
- Improve operational and internal functional excellence to support scalable growth.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience as a technical program manager or in product or engineering operations, with ownership of complex enterprise deployments or large-scale internal cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience running high-stakes customer implementations or feature builds for design partners or strategic accounts with ambiguous and evolving requirements.
- Ability to drive programs without authority through collaboration, shared milestones, and end-to-end accountability.
- Structured approach to ambiguity, including defining scope, sequencing dependencies, surfacing blockers, and managing concurrent workstreams.
- Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with engineering teams, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate between technical and business contexts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for working with customers, engineering leads, executive sponsors, and external partners.
