About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with forward-deployed team to drive operational excellence and program management for complex customer implementations end-to-end, aligning scope, sequencing dependencies, managing risk, and ensuring smooth handoffs.
  • Translate customer requirements and feedback into structured program plans, working with GTM and Product to prioritize asks, map to delivery roadmaps, and track execution.
  • Drive internal cross-functional programs (e.g., model lifecycle management, security/compliance buildouts, external certifications) from kickoff to completion, aligning stakeholders without direct authority.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years as technical program manager or in product/engineering operations, owning complex enterprise deployments or large-scale internal initiatives.
  • Track record running high-stakes customer implementations or feature builds at design-partner/strategic-deal level with ambiguous/evolving scope.
  • Ability to drive programs without authority using outcome-oriented, collaborative approach.
  • Structured approach to ambiguity: define scope, sequence dependencies, surface blockers.
  • Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams, ask right questions, translate between technical/business contexts.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs or conversational AI.
  • Track record moving programs through legal, security, engineering, and customer approval gates.
