About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise, outlining value proposition, and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
  • Demonstrate how OpenAI’s products meet business needs through demos, use case scoping, architecture recommendations, and technical advisory.
  • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for common pre-sales questions.
  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships during evaluation, validation, and purchasing.
  • Foster customer advocacy by gathering feedback, identifying themes, and incorporating into product planning.
  • Serve as first line of defense for security and compliance questions, guiding customers to resources and escalating complex issues.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 10+ years in technical pre-sales or similar, including 4+ years selling to technology customers and managing C-level relationships.
  • Understand IT security principles and B2B SaaS compliance requirements.
  • Have foundational training in Python or JavaScript.
  • Have delivered prototypes of Generative AI/ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
  • Are an effective presenter and communicator for all audiences.
  • Own problems end-to-end and eagerly learn.
  • Have a humble, team-oriented attitude.
